It’s been a long wait, but it was worth it!

Ozone are pleased to announce that the successor to our highly successful Zeno is now available to order.

After two years of intensive development, the Zeno2 has been more thoroughly tested than any wing we have ever made.

The result is the highest performing serial class glider known to date. This was demonstrated by the Zeno2 achieving back to back victories at the British Open and the Colombian World Cup in the hands of Ozone test pilot Honorin.

Description

Ozones  primary goal was to preserve the Zeno’s legendary comfort and ease of use. The Zeno2 retains the same cell count and aspect ratio in order to achieve this, in addition to more passive safety, with improved response to front and side collapse.

The wing benefits from a new aerofoil, which delivers significantly higher top speed, better glide, and higher efficiency throughout the speed range. With a slightly faster trim speed and significantly faster top speed compared to the Zeno, it now matches the Enzo 3 in top speed and glide.

The Zeno2 also marks the launch of a new colour scheme, as illustrated below. Please note that for custom colours the lower surface can be either white or match the top surface colour (no other options).

 

There are many other new features which will be released with this glider, in particular all new risers and brake handles and a new folding bag delivered as standard. We will be publishing details of these very shortly. Our team has been working on a quality presentation package to go with this exceptional wing.
